Red Robin

Had supper at Restaurant #580 Christiansburg, VA Service was terrible it took 20 minutes to get waited on then both burgers had buns that were cold and hard. Waited at least another 20 minutes for drink refills and French fries.
Service was terrible and kitchen too slow food was sub par. I spoke with Manager and all she said was they were short handed but couldn't explain about cold food. After asking for the manager who eventually refilled our drinks by the way not our server, she never offered to make any of it right...
