National Tire & Battery [NTB]

On 9Jul 2020 I spent over $700 on 4 new tires. My vehicle was at NTB all day and when I picked it up one of the tire weights fell off of the right front tire on my way home. I heard something hit the bottom of the truck so I pulled over and found the weight in the middle of the street. I went back to NTB and told the manager. He asked the technician from the shop who worked on the car to discuss with me. The technician told me not to worry about it but that I could come back tomorrow and he would rebalance the tire. The manager did not speak to me again. The next morning the right front tire was flat. I called NTB and explained the situation. The manager asked me if I had AAA or some other way to get the vehicle back to NTB. He said I needed to figure out how to get the vehicle back to the shop so they could work on it. He told me that when I get it here we will fix it while you wait.
