I was 15 minutes early for my test but the person was rude saying I was suppose to be there a half hour early, he was cutting me off not allowing me to talk and being very disrespectful. I felt he was discriminating because of my looks because the next person who also got there the same time was 15 minutes early instead of 30 minutes did not get the welcome that I got of plain disrespect he greeted her with his respect.

Worst customer service and they often did not reply ... today I was asked three time by the same guy for my email address and I called him out that he was asking the same questions again and again. I am shocked we pay to be treated like this and is the delay and asking repeated questions a ploy or game?
