Rented a car at Salt Lake city airport. The service representative charged us for an additional driver in the amount of $54.00. My wife who booked the car was the one who drove. That said, at the counter the agent asked for both of our ID's, which we gave her. We both signed but were unaware of what she was doing. I asked what the additional fee were and how much. She stated it was for airport tax in the amount of $75. Upon return of the vehicle my wife reviewed the charges to find a charge of $145. The agent covertly added a fee and DID NOT disclose we would be charged for an additional driver. I am asking the fee be removed from our bill as it is a fraudulent charge we did were not aware of no agree to.
