I was attending CDL school in Valparaiso, IN. It is a 12-day class, and I was on day 9. I was assigned a Target account out of Florida. I received a phone call on my lunch break on day 9. Stating that they had to get rid of 30 drivers and that they no longer have a position for me. Within 3 hours of that phone call CR England had made arrangements to fly myself and another young that was on the Target account also back home. I wasn't able to reach my recruiter because supposedly she was in a meeting. The other young lady was able to reach her recruiter. She told they she would be willing to go OTR she was told that wasn't an option. I'm soooo pissed I wasted 9 days & alot of unnecessary expenses since I was away from home.
Desired outcome: I would like my certificate from this class so I can take the driver test in my home state.
C.R. England - Not family oriented
My son applied to cr england, he went through the training and got his cdl through the school in harrisburg, pa. He went out with a trainer until his trainer had gotten suspended for allowing him to drive during the hours he was not allowed too. He had to wait for another trainer while he was in harrisburg instead of them allowing him to come home to spend time with his family, he had to stay in harrisburg. Then they had him a trainer that nevered showed up so again he was waiting on a trainer. When they finally gotten him another one his father had passed, the day after the funeral they terminated him. What a load of crap that was, never in my life had I seen a company that would terminate you because of a family emergency. So if you want to get screw! Work for cr england
