I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs in SLC UT on 3300 South and 293 East, I was weighted by an employee who works there is name was Nels. I had replaced and install two new batteries in some watches I had. One Black and the other Brown. So he did the work and when he has rung them up the price was quite of bit more than I quoted on the phone which was $4.99 each and not $13.96 each. He keeps on telling that I was mistaken on the price. He just would not budge at all. He really needs to work on Customer service skills. Nels needs to realize the customer is always right in each and every situation. This particular store in way high price fore what they offer to the public. So be aware if you run into Nels he is sure not a good businessman. I will never ever go any to the store in my lifetime.
