Logan's Roadhouse

1st time visit 9-9-23, waitress walks past four tables to sit by the kitchen until I said, "Do you mind if we sit at one of four tables you passed". We sat at table #42 VanessaM/S. WE (2guest) ordered two 2 teas, the waitress brought our tea in two BIG to go cups. Ordered mushrooms, that was cold and not fresh taste as if been sitting under a warming lamp all day. HORRIBLE. Ordered ribs, rice, baked potato and salad, never brought the salad. The food took a long time to come the waitress never came back. When the food arrived it was cold. Now I'm upset and asked for manager. The one waitress that was Not our original waitress was very apologetic and showed empathy. The so called Manager came over and I explained our HORRIBLE experience. The manager stated, "I'll take your food off and I see you both had the flavored tea and I'll just charge you for one. WHAT? This was the worse most unprofessional, unapologetic, so called manager I have ever encountered within a place of business.
