Sent this through the christian brothers website but got no response, so i'll be posting it here.
I am writing to inform you of an incident that occured on thursday, june 1st at one of your locations that has left me rattled and deeply disturbed. On may 31st I had my vehicle serviced at christian brothers of waxahachie, tx. During my payment at the counter, the service advisor by the name of bryan made a coarse and offensive remark, colloquially known as a "that's what she said" joke. Needless to say I was left feeling uncomfortable, and the man who was helping me with payment, charlie, also appeared embarrassed at bryan's remark.
The following day, I received a text message from a phone number not in my contacts, in which the sender introduced himself as bryan from christian brothers and proceeded in that message to ask me on a date, claiming that his coworkers suggested our relational compatibility. The coworkers mentioned were ken and charlie, who I am friendly with on my visits, but bryan is not someone I had ever met nor had I given my personal contact info. I am able to provide proof of this message if you can direct me to an email where I can send it. This will certainly be my last transaction with christian brothers. His egregious use of my personal information to contact me unprofessionally has left me worried about his, or others' use of additional information of mine stored in your system.
I cannot conceive of a scenario where bryan's behavior, both at the counter and afterwards, would ever be acceptable especially at a christian company, and towards a female. Please reply to the email I provided in the submission form, as I would very much like to know what is going to be done in response.
Desired outcome: Delete all my information within the christian brother database
