Dairy Queen - personal disrespect from owner

My husband recently resigned from Dairy Queen, and in the duration of time leading to today we were waiting for his final checked to be mail. It had not been after a three week period, so my husband wrote a note giving the owner permission to release his check to me. The owner refused, and then stated that me, nor my husband, nor any of my family were allowed to be on the premises. So i asked him if he was going to mail it to my husband and the owner still refused. I was upset due to his rudeness and as i walked out he called out good day WT. Well while my husband was employed at DQ it was understood that WT was code for white trash. Whiskey Tango was also another code name for that foul profile of people in the area that he is suppose to show customer service too. My opinion is, is to keep your personal feelings to yourself. Especially when you are the owner and you are expected to lead by example.

Remind you that the complaint was not against the with holding of the check but the childish name calling from the OWNER himself.

It would also help had you filed a complete complaint because it has now turned into an investigation rather than being rail roaded by allegation alone. As for the your other accusations please take note that everyone accuses everyone in this town and if you were not an outsider you would know that. And as for drug usage at Dairy Queen, maybe you should start enforcing your random testing policy. But from what I understand you didn't want to spend the money because you seem to be having your own monetary problems. Wouldn't that give you motive as well? Now back to the manner at hand, no matter your personal feelings, a restaurant chain as big as Dairy Queen should be professional enough not to holler names at an individual during business hours so that your customers feel unwelcomed and fear you will start calling them offensive names as well. My complaint was against your rudeness, not your person. So I will rise above your version of the truth. And to turn the table and

Hey Stevie, it would be useful if you also let everybody know that during the 3 week duration from the time your husband resigned from his job and the time you came in asking for his check, he had a warrant for his arrest for stealing large sums of money from the Dairy Queen, that he was wanted by his probation officer for failing drug tests and that the owner was instructed to not give you or he his check by the local police dept. Also, it would be helpful for everybody if you would have noted that your husband coined the term Whiskey Tango and WT and used it on almost every customer that walked in the door including his own sister. It would also be helpful if you were to let everybody know that he has since been arrested for stealing money from the store and is upset with the owners for pressing charges which is the real root of this complaint. While you're at it please let everybody know that the people that you were both using and dealing meth with, under interrogation by the police, provided them with all the information of your husbands stealing of money from the store before the owner of the Dairy Queen had even noticed it was missing.
