CHI St. Luke’s Health - service rendered by dr. amil soliz

My husband Mark Pucharich had an appointment with this Doctor February 6th at 930 am. We went to the appointment at 830 to be sure we were on time. We were brought back to the exam room at 1040. Sat in the exam room until 1140. Dr Soliz came into the room and immediately started talking about a plant based diet. He never introduced himself or ever looked at either of us. He then proceeded to ask some fact finding questions. My husband's father had prostate cancer and Dr Soliz then started on the dairy industry and advised all dairy causes this type of cancer to multiply . He told my husband that a 40 BMI is a sure road to immediate death. When he did the prostate exam on Mark he was quite rough. He did find blood in his stool. He walked out of the room and never came back in to explain anything. The nurse then called us to the nurses station and gave us 3 referrals. We asked about one and the doctor stuck his head out and said there was blood in the stool. Nothing else. This visit was so bad that there is no way to make this easy to read or understand. The person behind us came into the area you give blood and had a very similiar compaint. WHY is this doctor working for you? We had to listen to him for at least 45 minutes toot his own horn about how good he is but he never even shook our had or got to know us at all. Could not even look us in the eye. So Sad. Sorry to say we have to look for a new PCP now. It will not be with your organization. If you take time to read your complaints on him...many are the same and it appears it's ok with you all. Very Sad.
