TERMINIX, on February 8,2022, without my knowledge or authorization deducted from bank account two items totaling $988.84. Item 1) $863.28
Item 2) $125.56 (Note: item #2 had already been paid to their general account as billed however they applied it error.) My bank and I attempted to contact Terminix several times to no avail. They did not return any of my phone calls nor emails. A total of about 10 in all. Their serviceman came by to service our house as previously agreed however I asked him not to until we resolved this issue. He claimed he did not know anything about it and promised he would contact his District manager. I also attempted to contact an Inspector Edward Arredondo and he has yet to return any of my calls. (3 in all). This tantamount s to fraud in my book, and they knew what they were doing.
Desired outcome: The outcome I desire is to get my monies back and not do business with this company again. I have no confidence in the way they do business
