Set the appointment I waited two weeks before hey could see me. On 6/03/2019 the repair person made the diagnosis and informed me that the ice maker was the problem and I paid the same day for the new ice maker so that he could order the part. My next appointment was set for 6/15/2019 to install another ice maker (AEQ73110210 part number). 7/15/2019 removed the so called deffective ice maker and install another new ice maker. On 7/16/2019, they did some testing and checked operation of fans, air tunnels for proper flow. (see emails 7/18/2019) On 7/18/2019, came back and tested the unti and freezer and their diagnosis this time was that he beleive the unit is low because lack of temp in freezer. On July 20, 2019, Mr. Appliance receive a letter of Authorization to do more indepth checking. On July 22 2019, I was informed by Mr. Appliance that they do not service appliances under LG warranty (Email 7/22/2019).
I am requesting that I get all of my money back I paid for the ice maker because the ice maker was not problem and I want ice maker back and I am also requesting that I also get my money for the service charge I paid because your company does not do warranty work as stated in your email dated 7/22/2019. And still the problem remains
