On 8/13/2023 rented a uhaul to access storage space bought on 8/12/2023. Access code was denied entry. Called 1800 number and representative said they will reach out and call back in 20mins. Nobody calls back after 45mins. Called again and then representative states they will try office manager. Representative states office manager didn’t reply and that there is nobody else to help.
What company does this after taking their money for payment and the code not work and nobody is available to come to the store or even correct the problem/code.
On file should have the phone calls that was initiated on 8/13/2023
Desired outcome: Cannot return the truck until after it’s unloaded. This will need to be paid for any fees attached. Apology from this complaint and their management staff! There should be credits involved!
