Motel 6 - no tv

My boyfriend and i live an hour and a half from each other and only see one another on the weekends. We stay at the motel 6 in round rock tx 78681. We get together to hang out and just unwind. On Saturday July 20th we checked in and realized once in the room, the TV didnt work. Someone had removed the TV cord. I let the office know when we left shortly after to get something to eat. He said he would get it fixed. We got back a few hours later and nothing was changed. Still no cord and still no tv. So i walked back to the office and let the man know again. He came to the room and noticed there was no cord and said he would be back to fix it. He never came back. So my boyfriend and I had no tv for the duration of our stay. Was highly disappointing because we come here to this motel every weekend.
