I cancelled my membership august 1st it takes 3 months to completely cancel the membership. I have had sent multiple letters requesting cancellation, spoke to representative over the phone requesting cancellation and never been requested to send a certified mail request, however they kept charging me $100.00 every months. After the last charg I called in to plano location and was told that they are not aware of any request and that the membership will be cancelled only if requested by certified mail and charges will be credited back. Certified mail has been sent on october the 2nd. They finally stopped charging my card... Since then I can not get hold of any manager to resolve the outstanding question regarding last 3 months charges... No one was returning any of my calls. On december the 28th finally I spoke to customer service and still. This is the sixth month that I am suppose to deal with such a simple request...
