I ordered a meal at 7 and expected it to be delivered to my door @ 7:54. I received 2 messages stating that Pablo was going to deliver and that if I had to make contact wear a mask. Each time I looked outside I found nothing. The third message said take a survey about the completed service. I immediately called because nothing was delivered and the store told Me I needed to call door dash. I explained that I didn't go through dasher to order the meal and that When you call Pizza Hut the driver delivers the food. So when I told them that I ordered online and asked for delivery without using a third party the "manager" said she would get the food made immediately for pickup. How are customers to know what delivery service restaurants use? So, I wait 20 minutes before leaving home for a 10-min drive to pick up the food. And To further prolong the meal I have to wait another 30 min for them to start the order. Needless to say my family is eating a meal when we are supposed to be in bed.
