Ford

On July 18 2019, in Lubbock Texas I bought a Ford Taurus 2019. There was a sirius button and I told Lee who sold it to us, good it has sirius, and she had said yes all you have to do is call and have it put on. I called srius and they said it wasnt installed. I called and talked to Nathan in lubbock and told him. Nathan said let me find out cost and he called and said he would take care of all of it and we would have to pay $150.00. I told him ok and asked if we could get it done in Amarillo since it was closer he said let me get ahold of them in Amarillo see when they could work it in. I am still waiting for Nathan to call me back but he never does. This has been going on since July 24 2019. No one calls me back. I would like Nathan to give me a call and get this car in shop . I want Nathan to do what he said.
