I went in their drive through last night. The girl was rude, and got my order completely wrong. She raised her voice to me on the speaker, and I cut her off and told her to not raise her voice to me. When I got to the window, she threw my food at me, and wouldn't give me my receipt, she wouldn't give me my drink, and she lied about what she charged me for, because my credit card was charged, $18.00 dollars. I'm waiting for a call back from their CEO. Bill Shepherd
Desired outcome: I want a refund from them, and if they want to keep my business, they will have to do more than that.
