Safelite AutoGlass - Windshield replacement

Had a appointment for June 21 and went to the shop and they didnt have my wind shield. Made yet appointment for the 29th of June and gone to the shop, they still didnt have my wind shield. So now I have a third appointment to replace my wind shield. I find this to be very poor service on the shops part. Mean while my wind shield is continuing to crack.

Desired outcome: I like my wind shield replaced
