Golden Corral - Killeen TX

I'm Robert Hunter,

On Wednesday December 1st around 4:50 to 5:00 pm, My wife and I and our 3 kids decide to eat at you Golden Corral Killeen TX location. As we paid, we made our way to our seats, I decided to use the restroom as I walked in my nose started to burn the restroom was full of weed smoke. I went up to a young white gentleman behind the counter who look to be a manager. I told him the restrooms are full of weed smoke, and if I need to take my draughts in there, I wouldn't be able to. He then put his hands up and shrugged his shoulder as if he didn't care as I looked into his eyes I notice his eyes where bloodshot and pupils where dilated. So, we decided we would just eat and leave. Went to the food bar and all the food was cold like it had been sitting there for a while. So, we played it safe and just ate steak and desert, this issue needs to be addressed asap. If this issue isn't addressed, I will be calling the health department, because all foods on a buffet is supposed to be at a certain temperature, a temperature long must be kept, and with weed smoke in the restroom its health risk. It wasn't a totally bad experience we had a wonder waiter, and a wonderful door hostess. Their professional attitudes made this experience better, but it was still unacceptable.

Golden Corral - Me online easter dinner was canceled the day of.

I placed a Easter Dinner order on the 29th of March after receiving a email advertising it. I am 67 yrs old and was pleased to do that. With me having company coming in that day. But REGRETFULLY, I received a phone call around 11:00 on Easter morning, she said they had to cancel my order, sorry then hung up.! No explanation, no offering to do something else to replace what I had ordered or pick it up at a earlier time. It cost me 80.00 for nothing! They already took the money out of my acct. The number I called : [protected] was no longer in service. This was on my bank statement with Colden Corral 25. Never again will I put my trust in you. I pray I get my money returned. Golden Corral - Management mistreating employee

7/22/19 i was hired on at golden corral . on 7/26/19 The manager Thomas on shift at the time Pored Salt in my drink not knowing that i had high blood pressure issues that cause me to be sick that night and the following morning . I was told to place my drink in a certain location by the sink on top of the ice machine by my co workers in the dish room that is out of the way ... upon returning to work on 7/27/19 i request that a incident report be made and we wrote it up . He did admit to compromising my drink by poring a large amount of salt in into it ... He then followed that report with a disciplinary report on me stating that i (misused company property) that i refused to sign until i talk to the GM (Marco), who i was told was in Florida until further notice . please help me, because i work this job to pay my child support . thank you
