Plato's Closet - aldo boots

So a few weeks ago I came in with a friend and bought some grey winter boots. Super cute! I love them! Except one thing. The tag that plato's employees put in there said size 9. I'm a size 9. So I look at the tag and see it's my size, I love the boots so I buy them. They were $18 at plato's. So we finally got a cold front and I decide to put them on for the first time. They dont fit. I was so confused. My foot just wouldn't go in. So their tag says size 9 but actually they're like a 6 or 7. There is no other place that had the shoe size so I figured the store knew what they were doing and out the right size, which is why I decided to buy them. I don't really like to try shoes on in case last minute I don't decide to buy them my foot isn't already in there for the next person that wants to get them. My fault maybe but anyway. So I know all shoe sales are final and whatever, but I go back to the store and explain what happened. I haven't even walked in these shoes, the tag they stuck on there was still brand new. I never wore them except to try and put my foot in there just to realize they don't fit and they had put the wrong size on there. Lady tells me I can't return or exchange them, even though I didn't wear them or anything and the tags show they mislabeled the boots. They offer me to sell them back. Mind you they were $18. They offer me $6 back. Not even half of what I paid for something I couldn't even use which was their fault for mislabeling a product they were selling. I'm highly disappointed to say the least. I spent my hard earned money on boots I can't wear now and then they tried to rip me off offering me $6 for boots I paid $18 for. I wish there was something else that could be done to fix this issue. I'd really like to have some nice affordable boots I can actually wear this winter!
