Greyhound Lines - Lost and Found Luggage

During a trip on Greyhound bus from New York to Houston on 31st August, 2022, I discovered my luggage missing on arrival in Houston TX early on 1st September 2022 and notified Greyhound Customer Service immediately.

I later received an email from Greyhound some weeks later, alerting me that my missing luggage had been found and requested me to complete and submit a "Lost and Found Form" which I did immediately as directed.

But up till date I haven’t received any update on reclaiming my luggage.

Greyhound Lines - Customer mistreatment

I bought a ticket in Baton Rouge, LA to go to Little Rock, AR. I boarded the bus in Baton Rouge at 2005 hrs. on Sept. 22. I was suppose to reach Little Rock at 1400 hrs. Sept. 23. When I arrived in Houston, TX. and tried to change busses the driver refuse to let me board because he said my ticket was not right. As a consequence, I was not allowed to board and the bus left. I contacted customer service and they reprinted me a ticket causing me to haft to catch the next bus at 0915 hrs. increasing my layover time 7hrs. To add injury to insult, one security guard made me wait in the front lobby where Crack addicts roam continuously. Then at 0600 hrs.another female security guard came in that lobby and insisted that I wait outside with the unsavory characters outside. When I tried to explain my situation she point blank said, " That's not my problem, I don't care" and threatened to call the police.

Desired outcome: This person is not suited for the job at hand and does your customers and company a great disservice. She should be relived immediately and permanently.

Greyhound Lines - I am complaining about a rude and condescending bus driver and or ticket taker

J have a 3 year old daughter who is autistic and special needs. I needed help with my bags and getting her on the bus. K was told to get in the front of the line and Ben 8 proceeded to get her out of her stroller the other patrons of the bus jumped in front of me like they always do when they know families with children have priority. I bought 2 bus tickets and the is employee said that he didn't care if they jumped in front of me. The. He asked me if I had a problem and I said no. He said something about my child crying and I said no. He was very rude and angry and I felt very unsafe like he was trying to be t me kicked off the bus because I'm White. I will bring this to a national attention. I know people who work for the state that helped me get these tickets. I feel like I was being discriminated against because of me being white and my daughter having a disability. I said I'm going to report you. He said so what I don't care.
