Domino's Pizza - Bad product / employee using very foul language toward customer

I don't believe we will ever go to your store again and your reviews I have now read I can see it is a on going issue with the staff and your not doing anything to change it so these employees will eventually destroy your business little by little until it's too late to bring it back at this location.

I have been going to this location or calling in orders to the 10766 S. Gessner location for years. My wife and I called in an order to this location while we were out running errands. I usually order a supreme large pizza but I asked this nice lady about the cheese pizza and she talked me into ordering it and the call was placed at 4:47 P.M. on Thursday, March 11th, 2021. The nice lady said it would be ready in 10 minutes and I said ok. It took me about 25 minutes to get there and when I arrived I went in to get it. The same lady, said the credit card machine did not work but could enter all my number by hand and I declined. I went into my wallet and it was a little over 14.00 dollars and I gave her 15.00 dollars since that is all the cash I had and told her to keep the change which wasn't much. She then went to look for it and could not find my pizza. The lady went around the corner and talked to a black female over at the table and it had never been made. So the white female walked back over and apologized, offer me a drink on them, and said it will be ready in 5 minutes or maybe 10. I asked if she could bring it out to my vehicle so I could go back outside and sit down in my vehicle, I pointed to my white Tahoe which is a police vehicle. She said she would be happy to bring it out to me. I went back out and waited our pizza. It was about 15 minutes and she came out and gave us our pizza.

We went home and made a salad and my wife and I took one slice each and sat down. As we started to eat the slice we both looked at each other and realized the pizza had a very bad taste and stopped eating it. I seriously feel the black female who made the pizza did something to it as when I ask the female to bring it out to my patrol car then knew it was for a police officer and made a bad pizza for me and that's why it tasted so bad. All the years we have been ordering pizza from you all have never had a bad pizza or a problem before. So I told my wife I will be taking it back tomorrow and talking to the manager about the issue and a return.

I went back Saturday since I could not go back Friday since I had to work and could not get there till Saturday. I went in the store Saturday and the same lady who made the pizza came to the counter and I asked for the manager and she said she was in charge and what did I need that the manager was not there very rudely to me. I said the pizza we ordered Thursday night did not taste good and I wanted my money refunded to me. The black lady became very made and said she made it and there is nothing wrong with the pizza. She then said to come back later that night but I had to work so she said to come back Sunday after 9:00 am to speak to him so I walked out.

I returned Sunday morning at around 9:45 a.m., March 14 and went in an asked for the manager. Please understand, I just got off work form the department and went straight there as I was going home to sleep afterwards since I had been on duty all night. The manager walked up and appeared he already knew I was coming and didn't really want to hear my problem as I tried to explain to him. But he was very nice and offered me a refund and as he was getting the money together the same very unprofessional black female walked over to the counter and started yelling at me about us bad cops always causing trouble. I told her I was not talking to her but to the manager and she just went verbally ballistic toward me cursing me and using very bad foul language including F--K me and other words I won't repeat. I continued to tell her I'm not talking to her and after I was given my refund she headed toward me screaming at me and cursing me the manager had to get in front of her and literally use force toward her and push her back away from me. This lady was trying to get around him and assault me if he would have let her. There were other people in the store and I'm sure were appalled on what was going on. I exited the store by backing out as I was concerned I would get attacked from the back.

I'm sure you have cameras inside your store so the district manager can and should play it back and see what had happened. This store is out of control and this female is destroying your business and we won't be back. We don't order much from them but this is not going away soon as the reviews are going to be very bad as no one should have to go through this attack. And that is what it is. I'm very sure now that this female purposely ruined my pizza after all I went through on this ordeal and when I came back the first time it was not surprising to her at all.

We will see where this goes on what happens next. I'll be waiting on your response soon.

Desired outcome: concerned I was going to be attacked in the store by the employee
