I am in shock at the horrible salesperson mistake or fraud committed by your salesperson located at southwest freeway carmax location 1/2018. My maxcare contract has your salesperson's customer on my maxcare contract only entry not on signature. For all I know he has been using my maxcare for maybe one of his vehicles. My maxcare service contract has only my signatures on the contract. Your salesperson, amir or something close to this name enter the maxcare information in naved jafry's name! Your salesperson's customer. There is fraud going on and I want my maxcare contract service agreement corrected asap. Agreement #[protected].
