Hotwire

Hotwire is the worst! Don't use them ever! I booked a hotel in San Diego and when I got to the hotel with my confirmation in hand, they didn't have my room available and was rude! It was an hour later that Hotwire representative said "sorry, but the hotel didn't honor our agreement" and said they would refund my money leaving me without a hotel - passed midnight and still no room. So I paid the hotel the only money I had left to get a room, meaning I was stuck in this non-friendly/unsympathetic hotel for 3 days with NO MONEY to go anywhere but the vending machine. When I got home, I explained to them what happened and they said " we can't go back in time". They promised me all my money back - its been over a month a got nothing! On the phone for hours just to hear "theres nothing we can do at this point". They are absolutely incompetent and customers are paying for it.
