I purchased a used suv from Car Max, Garland, TX on Jan 13, 2021 & traded in an suv with 4000.00 equity & a 2000.00 balance.
A month later I am still making payments to protect my credit on a car I no longer possess.
The credit union will force insurance soon.
Car Max business office is taking no steps to remedy situation. They could, at very least,
Stop pay on the check & wire the money to pay off car.
It has been over a month.
