I reserved a room at motel 6 on 1-16-20 for 1-17-20 thru 1-20-20 and around 6:57pm I called the motel to confirm my room avalibility and was told my room 140 on ground froor was ready once I arrived and when I got here I was put into room 246 up stairs which was not my room I started to pay for since 3:00 pm 1-17-20, this was an inconveience due to the fact that I got billed for a room I was not put into Crystal in the front desk had a very bad attitude when she lied and promised me a down stairs room that I was paying for. The night person refused to give full name due to me filling a complain with the Better Business Bureau. Her name is Ann. A is what she said it was. I called last night to customer service for hotel.com and was told they would call and fix the problem and they said all they could do was give me a credit for the next time I come here well I will never use Hotels.com again for my inconvience. Frances was his name and also refused to give proper id and full name. I want to also say that I was billed two times and still have not gotton it back. iIwant my refund due to not having the room that I was promised..
