The UPS Store - Amazon package to be returned

I went to the UPS store in Elgin, TX today to return an Amazon package. The package was in a clear zipper bag and the instructions that Amazon gave me said to just put the shipping label on it and that would be all I needed to do. The very rude clerk told me that I could not ship it that way that their policy does not allow it but I could buy a package to ship it in. I told her no, I do not want to buy anything and I informed her once again that Amazon said this was all I needed and she continued to throw policy at me. A few minutes later another women came over and said she would help me and as the rude employee walked away, I asked her for her name. She turned around with a grin and smirk and said "I'm a UPS employee". How much more rude can you possibly get? Then I asked who the owner was so I could complain about this rude employee, and the women who had come to help me said that she was. BTW she was very nice. Then her husband came into the room and said a few things after the fact but his wife was already taking care of me. I go to this UPS store every week and I sure do hope that the rude employee that helped me gets some training in customer service or she will run all of us customers away if they open a new UPS store in town.

Desired outcome: More training in good customer service for that stores employee. Maybe disciplinary action for her behavior? Have that store know about the Amazon return package policies and procedures so this does not happen to anyone else.
