Whataburger

Went on November 2nd thru drive thru. Ordered #1 with cheese, well done and no onions. Got home ready to enjoy meal and noticed meat was not fully cooked. Called and spoke to manager telling him it is unsafe for meat not to be fully cooked. Asked to return to made it good. I asked if delivery was possible saying no. Due to feeling very ill I was not wanting to drive. Returned on November 4th ordered hamburger with cheese, well done, no onions. Got home ready to enjoy a delicious burger. It wasn't fully cooked again. Was so disappointed I just rapped it put it in refrigerator and will be taking it back and express once more to manager about food safety. I have H-pylori which is a severe stomach infection. Whataburger is one of not many foods stomach tolerates. Please take action on this matter, don't want anybody getting this awful illness or have stomach issues. Our family has been a consumer since Whataburger opened in El Paso. Thank you.
