Dollar General

Every time I try to use a coupon they don't scan . The manager Michelle was very rude today I asked why it wouldn't scan it was the right coupon and not expired. She agreed but told me she couldn't help me and she was the manager so don't ask for one. I complained before and all the response I got was uninstall my dollar general application and re install it. That's not the problem. I went down the street and my 1 coupon worked just fine. I do believe the cashiers are doing something that makes my coupon not work. I know they don't like it when we use the coupons they make it known. The cashiers need more training in customer service and how to use coupons.
