Refusal to follow the requested schedule of an employee, despite that employee making it very clear upon hiring. Management has claimed in confidence that they're purposefully cutting their hours to one day a week because they were angry they wouldn't follow the schedule they wanted instead. Furthermore, refusal to give this employee hours to the detriment of other employees.
Wrote up all employees over an offense for which they were not properly trained. If all employees need written up, maybe it is an issue of mismanagement. Laughed and joked about writing up employees so that she would not get in trouble to said employees.
Refused to supply an employee with more than a single uniform shirt over the course of four months. Employee still does not have a uniform in their size.
Inability to ensure employees get off on time. Employees/Management are frequently late, causing some employees to work far past the end of their scheduled shift. Favorite employees are not typically reprimanded.
On their shifts, management performs the bare minimum of duties, leaving their employees to pick up the slack. Meanwhile, management will frequently nitpick employees not completing single tasks over the duration of their shift.
Management does not sanitize machinery properly.
Insufficient training by management, which leads to issues with detainment because people are not trained properly
Made a scheduling error in which night shift was not scheduled for a night. After a certain employee asked management multiple times if she needed to work and was not given a solid answer, management contacted her AFTER the start of said shift and forced her to come in and work
Desired outcome: management rework
