I visited the Taco Cabana store in Dallas Texas at 15239 Montfort drive on Saturday April 25 around 7:30pm. I ordered through the drive thru. No one at that location had on a mask or gloves. I called when I left to talk to the manager and he continued to argue with me that I must Have dialed the wrong store. I know I had the right store and he gave me the location he was at and that was where I was. I told him no one had gloves or masks. He said everyone there does. I told him I was just there and NOONE had any on and he argued back and forth with me. I then asked for the district managers phone number. When he put the phone down I heard him yell at his employees, "I told y'all to wear your masks and gloves!" I just wanted to inform this company that I feel this is very unsanitary with what is going on right now. Thank you soo much!
Taco Cabana - This location night shift constantly get my orders wrong.
I stopped going for two years and decided to try them again tonight 12/08/2019. Once again order was wrong. I called and asked for the manager to tell them that my order was wrong, he asked me what was he suppose to do? Yeah I won't be going back to this location ever! Check the online reviews for this location. There is definitely a problem with management.
