Kroger

I went to this Kroger to fill a prescription. I went to the counter and there was an item there, someone was going to check out and then walked away. The pharmacy rep. said, "I don't know where she went. Come on I'll help you." As she's ringing my meds up, a Kroger worker-in Kroger garb- comes up to me and says, "I was first, but that's okay." Then she looked at the rep and said, "I was first, but it's okay." The lady said, "I didn't see you, I'm just taking care of her real quick." The lady says again, "That's okay, it's okay." Yet she continued to [censored]! "I was first, I was here first." I said, "if it's okay then stop [censored]ing." Then she starts on me. "I don't know why you're talking to me, I never said nothing. I just said I was first, I never said nothing to you." I asked the rep. "Get me a manager!" The lady says, "that's okay, I"ll get the manager." Which she didn't. I said, "what's your name?" Of course, she refused so I took her picture. Then she says, "It's okay I'll take your picture too. " Whatever! A manager never came. I went to the customer service desk, asked for a manager there. No manager! Mario helped me. As I was talking to Mario, she came buy with her camera, "I can take pictures too. I have your picture too. And I'm a customer!" I had asked what her name was and Mario told me it was Maria, from the bakery! I remembered her right then! I had complained about her some months ago when she refused to help me find gluten-free bread. She kept saying "I don't know, go over there." I never heard back from anyone so I posted the complaint on Yelp! But no one responded to that either. AND there was no manager there at that time either. I did nothing to cause this woman to take her attitude out on me. By all means, talk to the blond rep. that took care of me in the pharmacy or Mario. But for God's sake do something. This is just a grocery store. I'll be happy to go somewhere else.
