I visited your restaurant on 7-3-2014 and pulled to the drive thru to order with 2 co-workers in the car. There were only 2 cars ahead of us and we sat there for approximately 12 minutes with no one coming over the intercom. I then blew my horn and still nothing. I pull to the front, got out and approached the window. I noticed a Black Female at the window ( that made eye contact with me) suddenly turn and walk away. I then called an Hispanic male to the window and asked him for that persons name. He replied Marquitta(not sure of spelling) she's the manager. I couldn't believe it. I have visited this Church's location many times during lunch and have never had a problem. Although this was 7:40pm and I've never seen this employee before I didn't expect this type of reaction. By being a leader in this industry I just can't believe that the District Manager or the Corporate Office is aware of this person's total disregard for the customer, her job and Church's good reputation. My co-workers were shocked at our treatment and suggested we go down the street to Ruby's Chicken where even though the crowds were there, the service was fast and efficient and the product was exceptional. I had heard about this place many times but was always a Church's customer. Because of this ONE EMPLOYEE I have found a new place for lunch. Thank You Marquitta, because of you and your attitude I just found a new lunch
