Spouse & I visited Cinemark Holdings Inc., Cinemark USA Inc., Cinemark 14, Theater #5 in Cedar Hill, TX on 11-7-14 at 10:26 to see movie. After a while we became uncomfortable and began to itch. We discovered a hugh BED BUG INFESTATION on seats. They got on clothes, & we received over 100 plus bites. Got witnesses, made report, kept some specimens, went to doctor, and later had to get medical treatment. Called their agent Broadspire with claim & they laughed and hung up on me. Sent billing statemenmnt for damages to all parties and as of 12-7-14 no response. They are responsible for patron consumer damages resulting from their gross negligence & county, city Code Ordinance violations.

Spouse & I visited Cinemark USA, Inc, Theater Cinemark #14, in Theater #5 to see release of "Interstellar", a 2 hr. 49 min. movie. We began to feel discomfort, which later resulted in itching from insect bites., After two houre weamined clothes, and they were covered with BED BUGS.! We reported, shook off clothea, examined seats, and there was BED BUG INFESTATION!. Made incident report, got inst., left theater, which remained open! Called Broadspire Claim Center with detailed list of damages and agent, Connie Meeke, was rude, hostile, argumentative, laughed and hung up on me. I am glad I recorded conversation. Spouse required medical treatment for over 100 bites and infections. Our Claim to Cinemark - unresponsive and ignored. (Note: Internet
