I stopped to get my grandson a cold drink on a hot summer morning at the BK location #3992 3745 Josey Ln Carrollton TX 75007. I regretted that I did. Starting off there was a problem at the speaker in the person responding and taking my order. So I just cut the order short. Then when I drove around to the window the employee leaned out and in a rude voice and stare told me NEXT TIME PULL CLOSER. I didn’t respond. It wasn’t what she said but HOW she said it. Then she took a long time to give me back my card. She was glaring at me so I said I didn’t say anything is there a problem? She ROLLED HER EYES. She then handed me the card. I had to ask for my receipt. After all this my grandson said to me this drink tastes strange. I told him to just throw it in the trash. I will never patronize that location again. I wonder if this female employee was under the influence. Based on her behavior and appearance of reddish eyes, glaring, unnecessary rudeness, delays in customer service. This was just pitiful.
Desired outcome: Monitor employees interactions with customers and perhaps survey.
