I spent an hour in the Care Now Urgent Care at the Burleson, Texas location on 1501 SW Wiltshire BLVD., Burleson, Tx 76082 and ultimately was denied care due to their own personal theology and not due to any actual policy. At this location I had to fill a form called the Urgent Care First Point of Contact form. I took this form with me when I left and have it. It asked my symptoms and reason for my visit. On this form it asks that a mask is provided ONLY IF I had selected yes to any of the above symptoms, which I had not. I do not have a cough or a fever or the exposures they asked. I denied the request they made for me to wear a mask and I was denied care for it. They claimed it was policy and all my forms and documents show it is not. Nor could they provide the proof that it was. I was forced to leave and had my money returned back to me. I was disrespected in every sense and they wasted my time and denied health care for reasons that were personal to them and not lawful! I am pursing this fully. It was a disgrace! Others did not have to have a mask on as they went to the back and I know the staff simply had their own beliefs due to their alternative lifestyle choices shown. I am furious this has happened to me and it should never have to happen again to anyone.
