I went to your store location in Brownwood, TX. to buy rice water. As I was browsing I over heard the sales lady telling another customer about this product. So I went to get assistance from the clerk about the same product. Since the clerk was ringing the customer up, I thought I would wait for her to complete the transaction. The sales clerk asked what I wanted, then proceeded to point in the direction of all of the products stating, "you dont need to wait for me the products are over there." A different sales clerk overheard the conversation and stopped what she was doing to assist me. This is the 2nd incident that the same sales clerk at this location has refused to assist me while giving me back handed comments. The first time was when I went to this location to buy weave glue. When I advised her that I would needing this product, she informed me that, "if its not on the shelf, then they dont have it. Then she proceeds to tell me"yeah, all of you getting your stimulas have bought us out of weave and weave glue." I normally shop in this store often. However, I have since decided to take my business to people who are curtious and respectful.
