The UPS Store - Employee Valerie @ store 5828 in Belton

Valerie is an extremely unpleasant person. She was rude to the 2 people in front of us and the 1 person behind us. I didn't know what I was doing with an Amazon return. I tried to explain I was having trouble with the email function. She took my phone and did it herself. Then she proceeded to sigh loudly, move and close things harshly and loudly.

Desired outcome: She needs people skills
