I ha e made 2 trips up to the bmt tx location last week! The manager and employee were very [protected]@they lied with different lies! They took money out of my account claiming that the money was owed! At first, the response was that it was due for the annual fee! The next day, they'd claimed that the money was owed for previous month! When,I know they were lying about that! Because I always keep money on that cash app card.! That money they stole belonged to my uncle.to which ,I was giving my uncle the money to towards service of losing a lot Ed one! I need it back!

Desired outcome: I'm needing my money refunded back as soon as possible!! I tried joining the planet fitness on eastex frwy due to thinking they're honest people!! But they're heartless and liers!!
