The associate at the Parmer Crossing Parmer Crossing 12611 N Mopac Expy Unit 3 Austin, TX 78727 Planet Fitness was very rude and unprofessional. When simply trying to purchase a protein shake and not use my card on file the associate sounded judging (for a place that is supposed to be judgment free this is surprising) and joked insinuating the card was low on funds and laughed about it. He is not my friend nor is he even remotely close to my age to be my peer. He should not represent the company at all.
Desired outcome: Gustavo should not be an employee of Planet Fitness anymore.
