DentaQuest

I had Liberty Dental through my Medicaid provider, Molina Health Insurance and they approved a whole list of needed items including teeth cleaning, crown, and finishing my implants. Liberty Dental approved it all, $5, 000 worth of dental work and a coule of months later DentalQuest gets the contract. DentaQuest denied evrything except a root canal. I cant even get my teeth cleaned.

I was told by more than one representative at Molina that this was wrong. I should have had all the approved items subsequently allowed. Molina also told me in a very short time (approx +2 months) they are fielding a large number of complaints about DentaQuest.

I am going to sue DentaQuest if they don't allow me the dental treatment I need.
