I deposited a check and ahold was placed on it I called to talk about having to hold removed the manager refused he said that they cannot verify the check so I called the bank on my other phone and verified the check myself and let him know that it was indeed possible he told me that they do not verify checks that can only verify cashier checks and would not make any phone calls to remove the hold on my checking account and then out of spite a couple hours later it'll completely lock me out of my account I cannot access mobile banking for no reason whatsoever Refused to call the bank to verify the check so he could remove the hold he was rude and nasty I even had my attorney call to verify the check because that's where the check came from was my attorney's office and then he froze my account and I am still currently locked out You do not verify a cashier's check that's not how it works
Desired outcome: I want the manager reprimanded and I want the whole removed off my account and I want my account unfrozen now
Not resolved! i dont feel in control of my own momey! the representative who was supposed to be helping me regain access randomally called me threating to lock my account up saying "im not playing your games!" not resolved. On top of that there is a manager at the 800 location that is publicly known to mistreat customers and he is still a manager! not resolved!
