This is about the Kroger store in Alvin, Texas.
This store's electric carts are worn out, rattle, squeaky, bent up and dirty.
Again today I went to buy groceries and out of about 15 carts only one had a charged battery. It went dead at the back of the store again. An employee tried to help but there were no carts charged enough to operate. Again. This has been a problem here for the last 2 years and is just getting worse. I have has to use a push cart to finish shopping 3 times in the last 2 months. I have complained to the girl behind the counter but she just said "I know" and "I'm sorry". It hurts me pretty bad to walk around the store due to having both hips replaced and just being old at 65 and I like the people there but I sure wish new carts would be provided or at least new batteries put in the carts and wash them occasionally.
Desired outcome: Repair or replace carts and keep them clean and charged.
