Our company is in the midst of a contract dispute with the Regus Management Group. Our dispute(s) began last month 8/14 when we were contacted by a company called NRS (collection agency) claiming that our NY Regus virtual office account was in default. We assured NRS that this was not possible because since 2008 all of our payments have been automatically withdrawn from our business bank account and that our second Regus account has had no problems to date with billing. The NRS agent in a nasty tone informed us that Regus never makes mistakes and that this was not a negotiation. After this call we contacted Regus directly and attempted to resolve the matter unfortunately, all we received from Regus was a around. We then requested in writing that both of our Regus accounts be closed immediately (our NY virtual office had already been terminated) but received no response. The Regus billing cycle continued leaving us with no other option than to contact our bank and file a claim. I can see by the other customer complaints that we are not alone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Don't do business with this company, despite poor service they don't feel I should be able to cancel my contract before the renewal date. So once you sign they can treat you however they want and your still on the hook for the $$.
