Lowe's - return customer service

I sent my daughter to go get a swimming pool pump and she came back with 2 different pumps niether one for swimming pool. Mind you my daughter is only 16 so its my fault forr sending her but she came back without reciept i try to take pumps back never been opened it was the very next day i have never taken anything back to lowes and although i didnt have my reciept altogether my daughter spent almost 2hundred dollars on theses pumps that are not opened and all i wanted was to exchange them for the right pump didnt happen ! Nope wpuldnt take them and exchange them for me told me they couldnt and woul not tell me why . so im stuch with 2 pond and fountain pumps i will never use just straight b*******
