I went in with a broken foot to exchange my empty propane tank. Upon checking out I was told that empty propane tanks are not allowed in the store. Thats fine I didnt know, I then asked if i could purchase the propane exchange while i was in the self checkout lane. The Lady then said no i would have to go to the regular isle. No problem. The problem arose when the rude lady on duty refused to ring up the bottle of wine i brought to self checkout. Now i know she was lying because i have purchased alcohol there before. She was plenty old enough at least mid 50s maybe 45. I put the wine back and ill never go there again!
Desired outcome: Reprimand the manager, which i believe she was. or put sign up that says no propane tanks in store or self checkout, also no alcohol in self checkout. To avoid any further abhorrent customer service
Dollar General - No face mask enforcement
I visited the Dollar General Market in White House, TN 37188 on 7/25/2020 and saw the sign on the entrance doors that clearly states Mask REQUIRED. However, I saw many customers who were not wearing a face mask. Will you please advise as to how DG plans on enforcing the use of requires face masks? Until they do, I won't be shopping at Dollar General. Thank you.
