Checkers & Rally's

Because so many Checkers have been shut down or exist far from our home finding one has always been a treat.
This particular location has been a favorite especially when the previous manger ran this location last year when I found this restaurant. Food was hot, good, accurate, well stock, FAST & friendly. If they made a mistake or made you wait to long(which rarely happen) they where accommodating. Place was clean and organized. Now it is slow, food isn't hot, the taste isn't fresh or good like it was in the past. They don't have what you want or the proper utensils for items you order. Service has become poor and disorganized. I bring my friends and work mates to this location. Checkers has always been a favorite fast-food for me I would travel up to an hour or into a different state to get my burger, fry & medium banana shake in any state I've lived!
Today 8/7/2019 I bought two $3.50 deals 2 sandwiches, fry and drink, and extra checkers burger, banana shake, strawberry ice cream & 2 apple pies. I was told total came to 13.67(never received a receipt for that) added the pies after paying...
They reimburse me for the shake because they didn't have it all of a sudden, burgers were cold and ice cream to soft to sit on a cone which was fine in a cup but you have no spoons so you give me a fork? You hand me the deals but I had to keep reminding her that this is an incomplete order. I waited for my shake then told didn't have so money back, my extra burger & ice cream waited for and had to remind I never received.

Came a few days ago with my husband and waited forever for my larger Texas toast bacon sandwiches on garlic bread, at least the guy accomplished us with a fry! It was cold but it was considered. But burgers we're still nasty although warm.
It's a turn off especially when you live 30mins away and have to hit traffic after with this out come.
