I have approximately 7+ hours of audio recordings of me trying to order my meds with reps that straight up lie about why I can or cannot order my meds. At times they cancel the order and do not contact me. My meds are time sensitive. I have emails and screenshots and voice recordings to verify every claim I am making. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen! God forbid if I am hospitalized for their delays. Not to mention trying to make me pay money out of pocket because they didn't know how to bill my copay assistance program.
