Rent-A-Center

I thought a place such as rent-a-center was supposed to help those that need things at a resonable price monthly or weekly but oh i was so wrong i have never and i mean never been talked to the way cruze has spoke to me you are a MANAGER yet you called me poor, uneducated and needed to grow up? i simply was nice and understanding with you until you talked to me like a dog. this is not the first time this has happened you call and harass me after i told you what was going on and then you proceed with threats ! i am truly sickened how you have talked down on me and to top it all off infront of my 7 year old son.

David from Morristown, Tn East Johnson hWY 37814 has constantly called me and ask where my payment was when in fact return the Rent a center item back to them Wed Jan 9.2019 and we have reciept showing we return the item. He also told us that we did not owe anything so we left and on Jan 12 2019 David called us asked where was the payment was and we had to remind him that we had been in there and return the item on Jan 9. 2019. I mean I was so furious because these worker's was not putting notes now like they should and David kept calling us and getting smart and rude with my boyfriend when he talked to him. I will not stop until something is done because they have harassed us too many times.
